Are you a jack of all trades? We are a really cool small business in Woodland with property to take care of, irrigation, buildings, paint, HVAC, machines, forklifts. Responsibilities: Help maintain buildings and keep everything clean and functioning Maintain grounds and drip irrigation system Communication with the team, contractors, customers Simple plumbing and mechanical work as needed Help with anything broken or needing repair on the property Helping the rest of the team with the shared garden, keeping chicken coop clean Assembling, cleaning, refurbishing products in the warehouse Show proactivity and responsibility towards your tasks Be able to work hard together in a team environment Requirements: Some smartphone and computer skills Communicate well in person Positive, friendly, helpful attitude to shine through Excited to learn new things with youtube videos or watching others What we offer: 401K Health Care Plan PTO, Sick Leave Awesome team environment Great culture & atmosphere
