5K obstacle run for runners of all levels. Wine after the run makes the hard work worth it. Obstacles are challenging and a lot of fun! Vino and The Beasts August 21, 2021  Registration Starts 9:30am First Heat Starts at 11:00 AM Run through the Vineyards at the 9th annual VINO AND THE BEASTS and conquer our obstacles! Come enjoy the heartbeat of the Finger Lakes……WINE, in a 5k run with obstacles sponsored by Beast Mode Athletics, 3 Brothers Wineries, and Zugibe Vineyards.  After the run there will be a post race celebration with live music, INCLUDED WINE tastings, food to purchase, vendors to visit and lots of fun to be had. Participants will receive a T-shirt, Wine Glass, and other goodies.  Awards will be given to the participants with the best costumes. You must be 16 years of age or older to run.  In order to participate in wine tastings you must be 21 years of age and show proper identification at check in.  What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There will be on site parking at the the event for $5.  A portion of the proceeds will go to a local/regional charity that is yet to be determined.  Carpooling is encouraged as on-site parking is limited.  What can/can't I bring to the event? Bring: Picture identification - even if you are not participating in wine tastings Signed waiver Shoes that can get muddy Cash for parking, extra wine, food, and merchandise Crazy costume   What NOT to bring:  Outside alcoholic beverages Dogs  Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? [email protected]  Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes, up to 10 days before the date of the event  Can I update my registration information? Yes, up to 10 days before the date of the event.  This is done by logging into your eventbrite account and making the changes there.  There is a $10 transfer fee.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Your email confirmation is good to bring but not necessary.  What is the refund policy? We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.  Deferments to the following years events are not allowed.  The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? No, the registration name must match the identification that is provided at check in.  Is On-site registration available? Yes on-site registration is available day of the event
