Covid Conscious Christmas Pajama Party!! (4 show times!) TO ENSURE A FUN, SAFE AND JOYOUS EVENT, PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS! THANK YOU KINDLY Join Santa, Mrs. Claus and a few elves for this fun, magical holiday event! Kids are encouraged to wear their favorite cozy Christmas Pajamas (Adults feel free to wear PJ's too!) Ticket options will be General Admission or VIP tickets *** PAYMENT OPTIONS*** : UPON CHECK OUT- PLEASE CHOOSE "PAYMENT BY INVOICE" - When you choose "payment by invoice" we will also waive the Eventbrite fee when sending your invoice. Invoice will be emailed to you promptly and must be paid within 1 hour. Spots will not be held for more than an hour. Once payment is received you will receive your e-tickets showing "payment received" General Admission Tickets include: 20 min Magical Show and Story time from Santa & Mrs ClausChristmas Crafts (3 different crafts)Cookie DecoratingLetters to Santa (North Pole Mailbox on site to drop letters in) Hot cocoa & Christmas treats (Milk & Chocolate milk also served)Socially distant Photos with Santa (See below for details on photo set up) VIP Tickets include: Everything from the General Admission list PLUS A personalized return letter mailed home directly from Santa at the north pole. (Letter will be sent out Monday after event to ensure child receives before Christmas)5x7 instant print photo by our professional photographer, Lepore Designs: Images of a lifetime. Photo will be matted so you can easily frame. Treat goodie bag at end of event, 1 per child (1 year and older)What the event will look like:We will have 4 show times to choose from. Each show will last approx 1 hour 20 minutes. Only 8 family units will be allowed in each show. No more than 6 people allowed per family unit. Our team will clean and sanitize all areas in between each show Upon your arrival, your family unit (of no more than 6 people) will be directed to your reindeer decorated table. Your family will remain at your table for the entire event EXCEPT when directed to the photo room for your pictures with Santa. Masks must be worn, except when seated. It is very important that your family and littles remain seated, no matter how excited they are to see Santa! Our helper elves will deliver directly to your table, on a tray, all the activities and goodies that your family will enjoy throughout the event. Once Santa and Mrs. Claus have finished their magical show and story time (approx 20 min) -- each family will get to enter the photo room, (one family at a time), for a quick, but super cute, socially distant photo shoot with Santa! (While your family waits your photo turn, our elves will continue to deliver crafts and treats to your table to keep your littles occupied with Christmas fun!) What the photo room will look like:One at a time, each family will enter a separate photo room. The room will be set up like a living room at Christmas. Complete with faux fireplace, fully decorated tree, and faux presents under the tree. To comply with social distancing, Santa will be "hiding" behind the tree, peeking out-- while the children will be in front of the tree either pretending to peek at presents or perhaps they fell asleep waiting for Santa to arrive! We can have so much fun with this photo op, and with kids in their PJ's, it just makes it that much more magical! Each family will get between 5-8 minutes in the room. You may take pictures with your cell phones OR if you choose the VIP package, our professional photographer will be ready to snap your 5x7 instant print photo! After your picture, you may go back to your table, so your littles can enjoy the crafts and treats for the remainder of the event. Things to knowAll Sales are final!
