A Songwriter's Fishing Trip - Americana/Country

I'm a "boomer"singer/songwriter/guitar player. Currently living near Seattle, relocating to Eugene in mid December. Like everyone else, I'm looking for that magic female singer (& possible songwriter) for a singing/writing partner. Thinking as usual, Civil Wars or Shovels and Rope etc. I will have a home studio set up at this location. You - I can't know, but if you feel anything reading this, I'd be interested in hearing from you. About me, I play fingerstyle acoustic guitars and I'm into country "chickin pickin" on the Telecaster. I'm also learning the Pedal Steel guitar. I've been at the guitar since I was a teenager, which for me is quite a while. So, I'm competent. Pedal Steel - not quite there yet, I'm about 6 months in and improving daily. If your instrument is Piano, that would be amazing, but not required. As mentioned above, this is a fishing trip. I'm fine working alone, but company would be grand. Where's it going? I'm not looking to put together a band for performing, and certainly not looking to learn covers. It's all about the work, creativity, songwriting/recording making something new and friendship. I'm a non-smoker - no weed - no drugs - glass of wine in the evening. Liberal, Democrat. I'm romantically partnered. If you can send samples of your voice or style that would be great.
