Process Server Job description: Commission-based Process Server (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia) Specifically, we are immediately hiring for Northern Virginia and Anne Arundel, Howard, and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland. Same Day Process Service is currently seeking polished and professional candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, superior customer service skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment. POSITION SUMMARY: · This position requires driving metro areas of DC, VA, and MD. It also requires the ability to keep confidentiality of client and company matters and to wear professional business casual attire for business services and casual attire for residences. · Deliver legal documents to witnesses, defendants, and other parties whose participation or input has been deemed necessary by the courts, be it a local, municipal, or federal. · Read and type status reports, fill out forms and other legal documents, including affidavits of Service and Due Diligence. · Perform data entry into company phone application (Android and iPhone friendly) · Gather data and information for projects of moderate scope.
