ATLANTA — A tractor-trailer accident that closed all lanes on I-285 southbound at the Paces Ferry Road exit during rush-hour traffic Tuesday morning has been cleared, according to state officials. Georgia Department of Transportation's 511 reported the wreck on the outside loop just after 5 a.m. Tuesday morning and, officials anticipate the road to be closed until about 8 a.m. This is an ongoing incident.
