Full Job Description We are a FedEx Ground Contractor hiring full time drivers based out of the FedEx Ground terminal in Rogers, MN. This job entails loading at the terminal each morning and then making numerous delivery stops and pickups on an assigned route. We are looking for hard workers and team players to join our awesome company! Must pass a physical, drug screening and background check. Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 36 months. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must have 1 year within the past 3 years of verified experience as a full time driver (ie. taxi driver, Uber/Lyft driver, pizza driver, FedEx driver, etc.) Must not have more than 1 accident in the previous 36 months. Must be able to get in and out of vehicle multiple times per day. Be able to lift 70+ lbs. Does NOT require CDL license Duties Include Operate a small truck / step van in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Pickup and deliver packages to/from customer locations in a timely manner Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle Maintain accurate inventory of packages
