condition: excellent I am the chef/owner of a boutique catering company that is growing and I need a professional kitchen to work out of. We are still relatively small but looking to experience much growth once we have a bigger space to work from. Could be a church or community space kitchen that isn’t used much. Would love to work something out with you if you have this space available. Must be clean and able to pass health inspection. Must at least have working stove/oven and sink.
