Portland's department of urban forestry will be going home to home inspectings Christmas trees this year to be sure they comply with social justice rules. All Christmas trees must be recycled from last year or there is a $ 4000 fine. ALL CHRISTMAS TREES MUST BE TOPPED WITH A COMMUNIST STAR OR THERE IS A $10,000 Fine. All Christmas tree must not be topped if so leading to 20 days in jail. OUTDOOR TREES MAY NOT BE DECORATED.
