Description
At about 12:20pm on Tuesday 11/9/21, a bunch of white boxes fell off of a black truck in the left lane of the 163 South right under the Kearny Villa Rd bridge. I came up on the incident as it caused a standstill and at least one red van hit a box and got severely damaged. I came back to the red van later to offer my dash cam footage, but once I checked, my memory card was full and not recording. The red van did not get info from the truck or anybody else. Did anybody on here see this incident and have info?
