We are Past Lives, an organization dedicated to helping artists by providing fully outfitted shops, classes, private spaces, and marketing channels by which to sell the things YOU create. Past Lives is a makerspace, art collective, and small-business incubator located within the Buckman neighborhood. OUR MISSION is to help artists from all backgrounds, and especially artists who have experienced marginalization. We provide discounts and work trade options for those artists who experience systematically imposed economic disadvantage. We offer memberships, as well as private studio spaces available for members who require their own space. Also included in membership is access to metal shop, multi-discipline art studios, engineering and electronics lab. Private studio memberships are available for a separate monthly fee.
