NorthStar Cleaning & Property Services, an established, family owned housecleaning company that services the North Scottsdale, Paradis Valley, Cave Creek and Carefree area is looking for 3 full-time Residential Home Cleaners to join our team. We operate Monday - Friday. Our team members must report to the office at 7:30 a.m. and work until their day is completed. ***$300.00 EMPLOYMENT BONUS PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR NEWLY HIRED EMPOLOYEES AFTER 4 MONTHS!!! OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: ***Be self-motivated and detailed ***Have a positive attitude, be organized and work well in a team environment ***Be dependable ***Have a valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving recort ***Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ***Experience is beneficial, however we provide training ***Must pass E.-Verify PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ***Requires ability to bend, stoop, lift from ground level to overhead and carry items up to 25 lbs. ***Must be able to stand and work for prolonged periods of time.
