ENTRY LEVEL POSITION No Experience Necessary POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Full Time) Benefits: Medical/Dental/Profit Sharing, Paid Vacation, Monthly Bonuses Work Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be necessary. Service Technicians are representatives of Sparkle Water Management. They are the ones whom customers see and interact with on a weekly basis. Their goal is to perform their job in a way that exceeds their customer’s expectations and further builds on a trusting and mutually beneficial relationship between Sparkle Water Management and the customer. The Service Technician should maintain a professional appearance and attitude when performing their job and in all interactions with customers. REQUIREMENTS: • Class C Driver License with good driving record • MUST have three or more years driving experience • MUST be 21 years of age • Capable to work in an “indirectly supervised” environment where the technician is out on their own servicing pools. Requires self-motivation and integrity. • Conscientious, Personable, Reliable • Capable physical condition as the job is physical in nature RESPONSIBILITIES: • Doing all that is necessary to ensure the satisfaction of each customer on their service routes. • Be observant and proactive to ensure each pool is looking its best and equipment is performing at its best. • Safely transport and handle chemicals for the use of treating swimming pools. • Ensuring the proper testing of customer’s pool water and the proper chlorination and balancing of the pool using chemicals provided. • Cleaning customer’s pools (where appropriate) efficiently but thoroughly. • Ensuring the customer’s pump and pool sweep time clocks are in the proper positions. • Recording the date and time on the "time cards" at the customer’s location. • Ensuring that no damage results from the misuse of Sparkle Water or customer's equipment. • Ensuring their truck is properly stocked with needed chemicals and parts to perform their daily work. • Maintain equipment used for performing their job. • Wash their service vehicle on a weekly basis and keep the truck’s interior clean. • Maintain on a daily basis their service records including recording proper dates and times, chemical levels and what chemicals were added. • To provide other duties that may be required by the General Manager or Service Manager. • Ensure customer’s gates are secure
