Description
An innovation and design team is looking for people (patients and caregivers) to talk about medical conditions nationwide for research. If selected, participants will be invited to take a survey lasting 15 minutes, compensating $50 for this time before 11/15/21.
Research is completely confidential and no identifiable information is shared in the final results/insights.
