We are actively recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of apartment related work experience for Apartments Communities in Sacramento and surrounding areas. Applicant must be dependable, reliable and hard working. The candidate must have a working knowledge of unit turnover, property upkeep,plumbing, painting, and appliance repair. Must have strong time management skills with scheduled daily tasks and will be assisting with additional tasks daily, as the job requires. Strong customer service is very important. Calm demeanor while communicating with employees, residents, and vendors is mandatory. Applicant must have a positive attitude, be good at working as a team member, as well as independently. Requirements: *Applicant should be in good physical condition and capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to communicate and write in English. * Work 40 hours a week, 8:00 am-5: 00 pm.
