Food Producer General Labor - Swing Shift FULL-TIME $15.50/hr, plus $500 new hire bonus 6999 NE Century Blvd, Hillsboro, OR 97124 Duties vary by exact role in the plant but include mixing, vegetable and fruit preparation, salad preparation, and sanitation. Responsibilities include assisting with the production, preparation, and storage of company products. Placing boxed products on pallets. Adding and mixing ingredients to produce a finished product according to company recipes. Observing and monitoring equipment to ensure safe operation. Removing defective products or packages from the production line. Assembling product containers on an assembly line. Maintaining housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse. Following company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Schedule - Shift start: 2:00PM - Shift length: 8 - 10 hours - Days: 5 days/week, must be available any day, some weekends required Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - 401k Requirements - Must be able to work in a cold environment and work weekends. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Can lift 40 lbs Bonus $500 new hire incentive $200 after 30 days of employment, another $300 after 60 days of employment
