We are looking for an energetic, determined, engaging individual to join our home services business. This is a full-time (either Monday - Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30AM-4:30PM) year-round position with significant time off opportunities if desired. Our experienced technicians average $65 - 70k / year including performance bonuses. You will initially be paired with an experienced technician, starting out at $22 / hour, then after 2-3 months the expectation is that you will transition into your own company vehicle and work on your own, earning $25 - 30 / hour. Once you are experienced enough to train others (5 - 6 months in), pay increases to $30 - 35 / hour. A company truck and company phone are provided, as well as health benefits, paid time off, sick days and work clothing. Most of our jobs are in West Seattle, but we also service Capitol Hill, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and the surrounding areas. Job duties include window, roof and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, as well as installing Christmas lights. Duties vary throughout the year and no day is the same. If you can’t imagine yourself at a desk, then this job is for you! You must be an athletic and strong individual. Navigating roofs and lifting heavy loads are a daily part of this job. You must also be completely unafraid of heights. Experience with ropes and safety protocols is a plus. You must be engaging and personable day in and day out. We also require applicants to have experience doing hard physical work (athletics may count, specifically balance sports such as climbing). You also must have educational and/or relevant work history with a solid track record of communication skills as well as excellent references. A clean driving and criminal record is also required. We prefer to hire good people without experience in the field (so we can train them our way), but if you have experience by all means apply.
