Really? @@@ - Yes the explanation is true and you benefit from them even if you don't believe in God because these rights are not granted by mankind they are as it's said inalienable rights not subject to laws or customs or any government. They are recognized by virtually every civilization we know of even if you don't think so. You have no right to put others at risk. @@@ - Let's follow the science as Biden and your Democratic Party has explained in great detail, if you are vaccinated then the probability of dying or becoming severely ill from infection is extremely remote, so much so the probability of dying or injury from a car accident is significantly greater. There are daily actions people take that regularly put others at risk yet as a society we understand that we can't live our lives in fear because of them. This virus is now curable even more so treatable, the fear mongering by Democrats like you is absurd and meant to control others not actually protect them. Currently millions every weekend are shoulder to shoulder attending concerts and sporting events often indoors and there are no outbreaks of massive infection or deaths which is all the proof we need that the vaccinated and unvaccinated can safely mingle. You have no right to not recognize the common good. @@@ - What makes you think for a second Democrats like yourself understand the meaning of common good when they tell us cutting energy supplies domestically produced is better for us than dependance importing them driving up it's price that hurt those most economically vulnerable not to mention whatever the environmental impact is in it's long journey from overseas. Clearly Democrats don't think logically in fact their's and your's virtue signaling is destructive to society. Having our rights defined by one morally corrupt individual like Biden means on any given day "your rights" are not permanent but arbitrary subject to his whims. In fact it was Biden who said on many occasions he would never impose a vaccine mandate on Americans, he hasn't on nearly 2 million illegal immigrants, not even to be tested for covid. There is no rational reason to have less rights of freedom of movement than they. They are human like us subject to the same diseases yet they can travel wherever. do whatever they want but we can't. Not only are they not mentioned there, the SC has already ruled they're NOT against the law. 2. Vaccine mandates are NOT against the Constitution. Not only are they not mentioned there, but we already have mandates for Smallpox, TB, etc. before you can go to public school. So what is it that you don't understand? So what "rights" are YOU whining about? @@@ - The issue of mandates and the way they are imposed is the argument several states are filing lawsuits against. The fact that the Supreme Court has previously ruled in their favor doesn't mean if a reasonable argument against this one is presented the Supreme Court won't rule against the covid vaccine mandate. This court has changed it's previous decisions before such as Roe vs Wade for example on the Constitutionality of abortion. Smallpox, TB, etc. are not the same as covid in many respects or outcomes in fact you can catch covid get therapeutics that quickly speed your recovery leaving you with excellent immunity. If someone chooses to go this route they take the responsibility upon themselves, the vaccinated have little to fear from them as shown earlier and Biden originally claimed. White House Press Secretary Psaki was fully vaccinated, came down with covid and in a week was perfectly fine "circling back" spewing her lies as before. Tucker or Sean believing in being vaccinated, tell you to consult with your doctor but the ultimate decision "to be or not to be" vaccinated is a question individuals should decide for themselves. A lot of people consume enormous amounts of sugar and alcohol everyday that will affect their health and cause insurance premiums for all to rise because of, we don't band them from society for it, we don't monitor how many boxes Twinkes people eat or bottles of beer in the frig. Mandates from a private entity is vastly different than a government mandate, you can leave your job and find another if you don't like the rules of your employer and there are 10 million job openings but you can't leave society. FOXNEWS asks their employees to be vaccinated if they come into work or be tested weekly, Biden's mandate removes the choice demanding vaccination or firing and or employers being fined huge sums. Once again you prove you don't know what you're talking about which is the classic example of Democrat disinformation you live by. The rights at issue are our freedoms God given or natural, not the right of an overbearing government that with vaccines and therapeutics the previous Administration didn't have managed to lose by death more people to covid proving their incompetence and now trying to cover up their failures through mandates so they can feel they are in charge.
