Max is a very affectionate, house trained, six year old chocolate Siberian Husky. I adopted Max two months ago from the Bradshaw Animal Shelter in Sacramento. He was the only dog at the shelter who didn't have a name; the only information they had was he was found as a stray.
Unfortunately, I realized that I am not equipped to keep Max at this time in my life, and believe another family can suit his needs more. I think he would thrive in a bigger family (more than one person) and would love another companion dog. He is high energy but very trainable. I have made a lot of progress within two private training sessions with Max (untrained before, can sit, stay, lay down with treats). He LOVES traveling; he patiently enjoys the scenery on long car rides. He is is very sociable and LOVES affection from humans. He is a favorite by people and other dogs at the dog park, learning to play fetch, and enjoys running on a bike leash. He is an amazing dog, any family would be lucky to have him.
Happy to drive him for any meet ups as necessary. Will pay for adoption fee and donate all my supplies.
