8200 near Xavier Way, Everett WA

Description

Appears to be a brown & white miniature Border Collie or Australian Shepherd. Found at 8200 block of Xavier Way. Cross posted on Nextdoor. Safe here with me, but cannot house overnite and will be taking to Everett Shelter later today for chip scan and drop off. Owner must provide identifying information.
