We're looking for an energetic addition to our Blue Ox RV Park staff! This person would love to be active, and have a knack for groundskeeping. Location: Blue Ox RV Park, 4000 Blue Ox Drive SE, Albany, OR 97322 Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. One-hour lunch Wages: $16+/hour, depending on experience Duties will include: Unlock the entire facility, including the pool, recreation room, and office at 9:00 a.m. daily and close (secure the facility) at 6:00 p.m., or as designated by corporate office. Handle tenants’ requests for service or repairs within twenty-four hours, immediately if possible. Keep all walkways clean and free of debris by sweeping or vacuuming on a daily or semi-daily basis. This includes porches, sidewalks, interior hallways, floors, and steps as needed. Keep all RV spaces clean and in rentable condition. This may require small maintenance repairs, pressure washing, landscaping, repairing electrical boxes, replacing burned out light bulbs, and/or any item that detracts from the appearance or rentability of the space. Spaces should be cleaned and available for re-renting within twenty-four hours of move-out. Maintain the public restroom -- including cleaning the fixtures, mopping the floor, scrubbing the walls, maintaining the paper and soap supplies for customer use. If necessary, perform small repairs to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility. Maintain the office area and front porch, sweeping and mopping the floors as needed. Dusting the counter spaces and items stored on the counters, windowsills, scrubbing the walls, and painting as needed. Washing the windows at least once a month or as needed. Maintaining a clean, clutter free and professional work area at all times. Maintain excellent condition of grounds: 1) Keep the grounds free of weeds; 2) Water the grass and keep it green; 3) Fertilize the lawn; 4) Mow; 5) Replace bark dust as necessary; 6) Prune bushes; 7) Any other yard/grounds maintenance necessary to keep site looking well-groomed and cared for.
