EMSL Analytical, Inc., one of the largest environmental testing firms in the United States, is currently seeking a Full Time or Part Time Custodians for its Headquarters in Cinnaminson, NJ. This position requires someone who is dependable and reliable, detail oriented and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate is someone that is hardworking, manages time well, and has janitorial experience. Part Time employees are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cleaning, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas of the building including all restrooms. Collect trash from common areas of the facility and place in a trash compactor. Break down boxes. Stripping and waxing floors as required. Maintain and stock janitorial supplies. Must follow all Quality Assurance/Quality Control practices. Requirements: High School degree or equivalent is required. Must have at least 2 years of related experience. Must be able to lift, stand, reach, and bend. Must be able to stand and walk for various lengths of times. Must have a good attitude and be personable. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to lift 35 to 40 pounds. Must be able to work extra hours and weekends if needed Must have great communication skills. Available Shift: Full Time or Part Time hours Monday to Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., extra hours and/or weekend work may be required to meet business demands.
