We are currently seeking SNOW SHOVELERS to join our snow removal operations for the quickly approaching winter season! Benefits and Pay: • $20 per hour. Stay on bonus equivalent to $1 per hour worked, paid at end of season. • First responders receive $25 for 1-hour response time. • Paid for a minimum of 4 hours, even if all work is completed early. Responsibilities and Duties: • Snow removal services include but not limited sweeping, hauling, and lot sanding/salting for businesses in downtown and Northeast Minneapolis. • Snow shovelers are expected to work up to 12-hour shifts with day and night shifts available (5am-5pm, or 5pm-5am). • Snow shovelers will be provided transportation to and from job, safety vests, and shovels. • Employee is responsible for wearing appropriate snow removal gear (hat, gloves, jacket, snow pants, etc.).
