Reformed Home Services is a general handyman company serving North Texas. We specialize in home repair, make ready services for realtors, and handle remodeling for homeowners in the area. We do light carpentry, fencing, painting, light plumbing & electrical, and small remodels. We are hiring a general service handyman and make ready specialist. The ideal candidate has a broad knowledge of all home repair including drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, door repair, etc. You don't have to be an expert, but you do have to be polite, respectful, hard working, and just a little bit smart. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in lease turn jobs Handling complete lease turn jobs for property managers Rehab/Remodel work as needed You may paint, install mini blinds, replace a smoke detector, change a door lock, spread mulch, and repair a faucet on an average job. You will need: A smartphone Reliable transportation Basic tools We don't work for just anyone and our customers generally have high expectations.
