Need help changing a tire

I have a flat tire but don’t know much about cars and have no idea how to change it. Car doesn’t have an insurance plan to help and I’m not wanting to pay for a tow or too much for a mobile service. Pretty sure I have all the tools and there is a spare. I’m in the oaklawn/highland park area. Just looking for some kind stranger to help. I’m willing to pay a little and we can discuss that before agreeing to anything. Let me know if you’re willing to help. Thanks!
