Hands on Maintenance Technician needed for multi-family apartment complex. Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable, and have initiative. Ideal candidate should be able to work well with existing property staff and engage with vendors to complete projects in a timely and proficient manner. BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES Will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Additionally, as the supervisor the position is responsible for providing direction and guidance to the maintenance team, entering work orders, entering purchase orders and working with third party contractors. The individual must have proven proficiency with basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Must have a valid driver's license and be available for on-call.
