Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Skilled Handyman for Immediate Hire in Minneapolis, MN Great Weekly Pay! PAY: $24.00-$27.00 (based upon experience) HOURS: 8 Hour Shifts SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday START DATE: ASAP DURATION: 1-2 Months Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Skilled Handyman for student housing Scope of Work details: Flooring VCT/ carpet squares Door repairs Broken window board ups Drywall Painting Plumbing Minor Electrical Minor lock repairs Fixture replacement Countertop repairs Qualifications for: Skilled Handyman Proficient in impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, and operate them safely Basic skills on tape measure, drill & pat holes (fractional sized drills) / drywall anchors/ cement anchors Self-motivated Can complete tasks as delegated Bilingual (a plus) Tools Required: (Must have your own tools) Standard handyman tools - including but not limited to impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, tape measure, cordless drills, hammer, wrenches, etc Additional Requirements for: Skilled Handyman Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Applicants may be subject to pre-employment drug screen · Applicants may be subject to criminal background check (A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
