We are looking for reliable and hard-working laborers to join our family. Come help us build beautiful landscapes for our high-end clients and be part of a growing and career-minded company. Job Requirements: • Hardworking / energetic / reliable • Be okay with working outdoors, even in inclement weather • Must have access to reliable transportation • Must be able to follow instruction • Must be eager to learn • Must be dependable and punctual • Landscape Construction experience helpful (valued) but not required. We are NOT a landscape maintenance company, i.e. mowing, weeding, etc. • Ability to run skid steers and mini excavators is a big plus Compensation: • Experienced Landscape Construction Laborer wages start at $24.00 - $26.00+ hr/ + Benefits + Hiring Bonus • Minimal or no landscape construction experience wages start at $22.00 - $23.00+ hr/ + Benefits + Hiring Bonus Benefits including Health Care/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance/Paid Time Off/401k $1,000 Signing bonus: two $250 BONUSES (after 90 days/180 days), and one $500 BONUS at one year of employment!
