The job of the Quality Control Manager is to ensure only 100% quality products per AISC, AWS & shop drawings leave the fabrication facility. Ideally the QC Manager is a currently certified CWI, without a current CWI cert we will potentially accept an applicant that has experience as a steel QC.
This job includes pulling dimensions on 100% of work in process, qualifying welds, qualifying welders and ensuring all work is up to KDM quality standards.
Most work will be done inside the shop, however there will be times when work is done outside of the shop on our property.
Employees must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be over 18 with a valid driver's license.
Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am to 5pm. Overtime on Friday and weekends right now are available.
Health insurance is offered after probation period.
