Description
We are looking for someone to help keep our properties clean for our tenants. Job would consist of going 6 apartment buildings daily picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of the outside are of buildings, cleaning laundry rooms and common areas. Dump runs, pressure washing, and other task to be assigned as needed. Job would be 4-6 hours per day plus mileage for travel between buildings. Must have a valid drivers license and current insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
