Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. You will perform general warehouse operations and support management by acting as first line of assistance for associates. Lead Warehouse Worker: -Schedule Available: Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm, overtime expected -Pay: $20.30/hour bas pay rate, $1.00/hour seasonal incentive through January 22nd, 2022, and $1,500 sign on bonus, $500 to be paid out after 31 days of hire, $500 to be paid out after 61 days of hire, and $500 to be paid out after 91 days of hire. -Major Responsibilities: Interact with customers by phone, e-mails and conference calls, coach and train lower level warehouse associates on the proper execution of warehouse duties, ensure policies and procedures are followed, exhibit detailed knowledge of all warehouse roles and qualified in all aspects of warehouse operations, safely operate PE (rider pallet jack) or other machinery in order to complete tasks, work alongside and with the team, stepping in as needed to ensure maximum productivity, and responsible for planning and carrying out projects on target dates.
