RC Building Group provides home remodeling/new construction services. We effectively plan ahead for each step of the project. We are looking for a primary contact to clients on site to ensure total client satisfaction; administers all communications from the client to the Project Manager, and supervises all subcontractors on site. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of multiple construction jobs: project planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating with contractors, and doing the work - Interfacing with all trades, scheduling deliveries, coordinating access, and other logistics - Allocate resources for assigned projects - Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors - Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients - Maintain high standards of craftsmanship that adhere to original specifications. 1) Communicate Clearly - We communicate clearly to understand and be understood.
