Reward offered for whoever did THIS shit

Reward of $75 offered (must involve testimony that leads to an arrest and conviction before payout! otherwise don't waste my time) for the individual responsible in the College Terrace area for this bullshit seen in the photos. Some scumbag dumped at least one bag's worth of trash onto the sidewalk and front lawn of an 81 yr old, handicapped, female USAF veteran between 640am, and 810am this morning. This took place just 28 hours after I returned from a weekend road trip, so it was obviously done by somebody watching the house. POS!!!! I have about 4 prime suspects, but none of them were outside at the time I discovered this. And no, it wasn't the trash truck that accidentally spilled it - the truck had actually just pulled up, stopping short so the driver could make a note of it, before he picked up whatever was left in the can. So this took place before the truck showed up. Friendly advice, to whoever did this - eventually you WILL get caught.
