Plow Operator with Sign on Bonus

Currently hiring for snow plow operators that can operate a 1-ton dump truck (no CDL required) with a salter. Individual(s) will also need to do some shoveling and possibly snow blowing, but majority of the time will be spent in the truck. We also are looking for one person that can operate a front-end loader with 12 foot snow pusher. The main two qualifications are availability and experience. You must be available to work when it snows or there is ice and you must have experience. This job can either be through the winter or turn into a year-round landscaping position performing spring clean ups, mowing, along with other landscaping duties. What sets us apart from other companies is hard work and dedication are greatly rewarded. We are quite motivated to hire therefore a generous sign on bonus is being offered after the first snow storm and then again shortly after that. We have a great crew, with several individuals that have been with the company for many years!
