Minor carpenter work for a day

I am looking for someone to do some minor carpentry work next weekend. Saturday, November 13th start in the morning 1. repair a wood banister to prepare for painting and knee wall top 2. place 3x2 knee wall up with framing for drywall before painters come in 3. possible work on stairs to add a small landing at basement before vinyl floors go in 4. wood column in front of the house needs to match my other post to prepare for exterior painting of the front porch. 5. maybe other minor to do before my painters come in on this whole home renovation If the above minor carpentry work is done well there may be a possibility to bid on a 13 x 8 backyard deck to go up in 3 weeks after the fencing is completed.
