Deep Sweep Cleaning LLC is looking for FUN, Energetic, hard working individual who wants to become part of a small team and grow with us. If you are looking to grow with a start up cleaning business that is already booming, this is the job for you. We are a family owned company who values our team and their success! Must be willing to cover area's within 30 minutes of Collegeville. Applicants who reside in either Collegeville, Royersford, Phoenixville, Malvern, Wayne, Pottstown, KOP, Audubon, Limerick, Schwenksville, Eagleville, Norristown are highly encouraged to apply. You will perform a variety of residential cleaning & duties that will require you to be on your feet up to 8.5 hours and on a ladder, up to 6 ft. tall at times. We are seeking someone who is willing to work a steady 10-15 Hours a week to start with the opportunity to work up to 25-30 hours a week within a couple of months, if interested. We are flexible and will work with you to find the best schedule to fit your needs. Responsibilities: Clean residential homes Clean Small office buildings Ensure a clean and orderly environment Attention to detail Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and carry up to 15lbs pounds. Skills/ Requirements: Previous house cleaning experience ( highly preferred) Customer service driven Hard-working and reliable Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license You are legally authorized to work in the United States You are willing to submit to a Background Check Willing and able to work in homes that have pets Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle that is insured & registered Valid drivers license Must be comfortable driving up to 3 sites per day. Typical sites per day, 1-2. Paid travel time in-between job sites Background Check/References: Must pass a PA state background check Must provide 1-2 professional references to be considered We are a NON smoking company & Pet Friendly 1099 Contractor Employee Wages/Benefits: PAID Training Rate: (First 30 days) $16.00 Rate after training: $16.50- $19.00 Bonuses Tips (Average $100-$150 per month)
