"RELIABLE VEHICLE & VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS A MUST" All State Traffic Control of PA Inc is currently looking to hire Flaggers/ Traffic Control Technicians in your area. Promotions available based off performance reviews. Applicants Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job location. Your Responsibilities include: · Setting up safe work zones with all regulated cones, signs, and barricades according to PUB 213. · Using appropriate and regulated Stop/Slow Paddles and flags to control the flow of traffic and perform lane closures as needed. · Use effective communication using two-way handheld radios in order to conduct the flow of traffic. · Always provide support and show leadership and guidance to ensure safety on the road. Qualifications for position: Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle is required for all employees · Must submit to pre employment screening · Standing for 8-16 hours a day and lifting 40-60 lbs. · Should be comfortable working in high volume traffic areas · Should be able/willing to work outside in all weather conditions. · Should be able to multitask and maintain awareness of surroundings · Professionalism and Respectful AT ALL TIMES to everyone Benefits: · Competitive Pay- Full Prevailing wage when applicable · Paid Certification · Employee Referral Bonus All State Traffic Control of PA Inc is a Fair Chance Employer and will consider for employment, any qualified applicants with criminal histories.
