Seeking a versatile person with experience and knowledge in the following areas:
-Electrical
-Plumbing
-Carpentry
-Painting
-Landscaping
-Lawn care
-Pressure washing
-Pool maintenance
-General home maintenance
-Knowledge of operating zero turn mower, weed eater, chain saw and tractor
-Fence repair
-Knowledge of caring for livestock a plus
(no livestock yet but would like to have some at some point)
Position could be part to full time. All tools and equipment will be provided. I have two homes. One in the East Cobb area and a 75 acres ranch home in the Jasper area. Looking to take on an employee to help with overall upkeep and maintenance of the two properties. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, trustworthy, physically capable and self-motivated. I have the knowledge of what needs to get done and how to do it however I don’t have the time to get it all done as I work full time running my business.
This is a unique opportunity for the right person. Qualified candidates will be expected to past a criminal background check.
