Harvesting/Picking Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay: $10/hr. + Eventual Harvesters Pay Up to $20/hr. Pay Depends on Pounds of Mushrooms Picked Per Hour Location: Miami, OK Job Type: Temp to hire Job Duties: Harvesters will be responsible for working in the grow rooms, where the mushrooms are developed from spores. Each harvester will be responsible for recognizing mushrooms that are ready to be picked, and then separated into bins, based on their size. Training will be provided on what to look for to determine a good mushroom from a weak mushroom. Requirements: Must be able to stand on feet throughout the working day. Must be able to bend, squat, lift to 30 pounds, have full use of hands and fingers, be dependable, reliable, and a hard worker. Must have reliable transportation to make it to work every day.
