Versatile singing lead guitarist needed

We are a working cover band of players in our 60's with years of pro experience consisting of drums, bass, keyboards, and lead guitar. We are looking for a lead guitarist who would not be a hired gun but a member of the band, can do lead and harmony vocals (as we do), and can play a variety of genres from classic rock and pop (60's thru 90's), Country (country rock, classic and a bit of newer country), some R&B, and more. We prefer to gig a minimum of twice a month for now, more if wanted or needed. Currently booked gigs now are spaced out enough so that the incoming lead guitarist would have time to get up to speed quickly enough. We will work to get more gigs once the position is filled. Gigs are in the Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley and possibly Tucson areas, with reasonable hours. We do have day rehearsals in Vail at least once a week if possible, but we are very flexible, and someone who is retired but experienced and professional would be the best fit. We care about the quality of our music and come to rehearsals prepared enough to be able to get additional material worked in fairly quickly. Vocals and the ability to hear harmony are a huge plus. We are easy going but quality oriented, and have fun both at rehearsals and on the gigs as well, so if you are interested, reply with email and we can go from there, exchanging song lists, etc.
