Recycling in Yuma ?????

I'm having a big problem trying to get my recycle can picked up. If I put it out on the day of my trash pick up {tuesday}the truck just puts the recycle can in with the trash. If I put it out on Wednesday They don't pick it up at all. Does Yuma recycle ?? Thanks in advance.
