Our new company, "Saucy Sketches", is offering artists of all levels, to be a part of our promotional first weekend... FREE!! Who are we? Our company is preparing to host "Sip and Sketch" parties on a regular basis. We will feature costumed (and non costumed) figure model drawing. These two-three hour classes will be very theatrical, fun and entertaining with both the staff and models costumed in rather saucy costumes. In the near future, our business will be open to the public and will charge attendees for these sketch classes/parties. But you can enjoy a free class during this promotional weekend by simply signing up! Why are we doing this? During these two free classes, we will be creating memories (photographs) that we can create and post on our new website. We need you to help fill our classroom! Each attendee will be given the choice of a terrific selection of Mardi Gras masks to wear and become a part of the theatrical experience. We will have a professional photographer present to capture the entire two hour experience. There will also be an instructor leading the class or each attendee can sketch at their own pace and experience level. Each class will offer a "long pose". All drawing materials will be furnished to complete an 11x14 penciled drawing as well as complimentary beverages (wine included), and chocolate dipped snacks (must be 21 to attend). Who can attend? Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned artist, please join us in our studio located in Wheat Ridge. We will be hosting two free classes to anyone who enjoys drawing or sketching. Saturday November 20th and Sunday November 21st. You must reserve your seats and RSVP!! Singles, couples and small groups! All are welcome! Please note that you may only sign up for one free class, not both. Please select your preferred day and email us quickly as this will be first come, first served and seating is limited! Dates and times are: Saturday, November 20th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please arrive by 5:30 Featuring two models (as shown above). Both costumed in Egyptian costume. Sunday, November 21st from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Please arrive by 2:30 Featuring "Anubis" (male model) the "Egyptian God of the afterlife". Please RSVP with your preferred class choice and also list the number of attendees you are requesting. We will respond with your confirmation info and studio address.
