Our primary attention is devoted to providing beautiful, functional fireplaces and solutions to rainwater problems. We are looking to hire and train a home improvement technicians that will repair, install, and maintain some of the homes most important systems. On the Job Training! To care for homeowners by providing comprehensive rain gutter services to effectively manage rain water coming off roofs. 2. To care for homeowners by providing comprehensive chimney and hearth appliance services. 3. To serve the crew leader with technical skill, with organization, and with timely completion of work. Maintain a fast pace, while maintaining the highest level of safety. 3. Can accept and adapt quickly to change. 4. Quick learner, confident to ask questions. 5. Keep truck and jobsite organized. 6. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to move up to 100 pounds. 7. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to climb a ladder or balance. 8. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to operate a company owned and insured vehicle. 9. Our work hours for this full time position are Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays. 10. The person filling this position will need to have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. They will also need the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak to customers and co-workers. 11. The person filling this position is required to wear a company issued uniform and maintain good personal hygiene. 12. The person filling this position is required to pass a drug test and background check. Experience Desired 1. Masonry repair 2. Flashing 3. Gutter Installation 4. Sheet metal 5. Valid, active drivers license Compensation · This position is full time 40hrs with opportunity for overtime hours.
