Las Vegas Community Summer Jam 2020 "UN - CUT" 23rd Letter Entertainment, Double D Rehearsal Studios & Mov'em Radio Proudly Presents: The Las Vegas Community Summer Jam 2020 "UN - CUT" The Musicians and Indie recording artists here in Las Vegas, invite you to a two day festival fundraiser for the purpose of opening a second home, for women in crisis that are coming out of incarceration to re-enter into society. The home allows for the women to have a clean and safe place to reside, where they can put the pieces of their lives back together with the necessary resources, guidance and encouragement that they need to make their transition. This collective effort of talented musicians and recording artists are dedicated to raising awareness for a long standing problem not just here in our community, but world wide. One of the hardest transitions to make in life, is getting out of incarceration, finding somewhere to live, get a job, reconnect socially and operate with peace and a sound mind. The truth is, programs like these rarely receive the attention they need to be able to raise the money, so that they can push forward with enough finances and momentum to "keep it going". Without these kinds of programs in place and ready to take action, these women have no choice but to get out of prison and return to the negative habits, drugs, prostitution and gang life that they are familiar with, and the cycle simply continues. The only way things will change, is if "we the people" come together and solidify as a community to stop this negative cycle from continuing. We ask you to join us on our mission, to make a difference in in our own backyard because, at the end of the day #ALLLIVESMATTER regardless of religion, nationality, social status and COLOR.
