Help for elderly gentleman

Is there's someone out there that could possibly help an elderly gentleman that had rented a couple rooms out of his house and they destroyed his carpets and tore the majority of it up without replacing any of it so now there are expose nails I have done all that I can do to help and he still needs some carpet remnants anything to cover the floor if you were someone that could possibly help it would be amazing his name is Bob and he is a great guy he's helped a lot of people and they continue to screw him over
