Paramount Fencing is searching for the next generation of installers. Construction and outdoor service experience is a plus, but will train. Requirements: - Must have owned vehicle, clean driving record, and active drivers license. - Must be A quick learner - Must Pass background check - Must be in a Team player - Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Pay: Begins at $15 an hour base rate. After 90 Day pay, based on review, will increase to $17 an hour base rate + Incentive structure. Insurance assistance up to $150. If you have 5 + year of fence installation, good new. Base starts at $18 an hour, Incentive after 90 days.
