Job Description - Commercial electrical and plumbing maintenance Basic carpentry skills Certification is not needed Position Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent: minimum of two years verifiably hands-on maintenance experience Ability to communicate and/or interact well with residents, co-workers and members of the general public.
