The Operations Manager position we are hiring for is located in the Clearwater/ Dunedin area. Below are the requirements and duties for our operations manager position. Requirements- - Must have experience in the janitorial industry, (Preferred Managment Experience). - Must be able to pass a FDLE Background Check. - Must have valid driver License. - Must have flexible schedule to work nights or weekends if needed. - Must be knowledgeable about computers and Microsoft excel. Job Duties/ Description- - Staffing, hiring and firing of cleaning techs. - Quality control inspections. - Customer communication. - Responding to complaints, Correcting complaints. - Computer skills, keeping track of payroll notes.
