Job Summary: The Pool Service Technician is expected to maintain and clean residential swimming pools including balancing/testing chemicals, brushing and vacuuming, pool filter cleaning, cleaning of skimmer and pump baskets and making sure that all equipment is in working order. Trucks, uniforms, and necessary training are provided. Candidates will be expected to have a clean driving record and will be driving a company vehicle. Must able to endure the outdoor conditions of Florida heat and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications: • Practical knowledge of pool cleaning, equipment and water chemistry. • Previous experience as a pool repair technician (preferred). • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Maintain high standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Deadline and detail-oriented. • Must be dependable and punctual. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits. • Partner with management to ensure all company guidelines, policies, and procedures are met and exceeded.
