I have an imported laser machine from China. The engineers who made it are telling me to connect it in a way that doesn’t make sense to local electricians. I would like someone to interface between the engineers in China and the local electrician to help me get the machine connected and operating correctly over WeChat or Skype. Should take 1-2 hours. A knowledgeable student at a local university would be okay.
